Job Description:

Responsible for growing sales of SME & Special Lending products, including managing customer relationships, developing new credit products, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Requires at least a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or a related field
• Has at least 3 years of experience in the same or a similar role
• Having knowledge of banking products, particularly in relation to credit
• Skilled in marketing with strong interpersonal capabilities
• Certified in Risk Management by BSMR at the level required by Bank Indonesia
• Having strong communication skills and being proficient in using computer software, at least Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed for work in Karawaci, Tangerang
