Terms Of Service
- Minimum placement is only USD 10,000/ SGD 20,000
- Fill out and sign the account opening form.
- Attach account opening documents:
A. Individual customers
- Attach a valid identity card
- Indonesian Citizens : Valid identity card in the form of KTP or Passport
- Taxpayer Identification Number/Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP), if any
- Sign the statement of foreign exchange ownership
- Fill out and sign the application for opening a foreign exchange account
- Not listed on the Bank Indonesia blacklist which is still valid
- Deposit funds, at least the nominal amount specified as the initial deposit.
- Warga Negara Asing : Especially for foreign nationals (WNA), they must obtain approval from the Board of Directors
B. Company Customers
- Identity Card (KTP, SIM, Passport) for each person in charge of the company
- Company NPWP
- SIUP, SITU,TDP
- Letters of reference
- The latest Deed of Company Establishment
- Articles of association (copy of state gazette)
- Fill out and sign the account opening agreement
- Not listed on the BI blacklist which is still valid
- General Power of Attorney (if any)
- Sign a statement stating that,
- The deed of establishment and amendments submitted are final
- Approval for opening a foreign currency account
- Power of Attorney Provisions for signature on foreign currency deposit accounts
- Specimen of signatures of members of the Board of Directors who are authorized to represent the company or parties authorized to conduct business relations with the Bank
- For prospective customers in the form of foundations or associations, the identity documents that must be requested respectively are a deed of establishment that has been ratified by the competent authority and/or in the form of a permit for the field of activity/purpose of the foundation or a letter that it has been registered as an association.
