Cileungsi, Bogor Regency, September 29, 2025 – PT Bank Nationalnobu Tbk (“Nobu Bank”) took part inthe FLPP Mortgage Mass Signing and Key Handover Ceremony 2025, attended directly by the Presidentof the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Prabowo Subianto. The event, initiated by the Ministry of Housing andSettlements together with the Public Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera), was held at PesonaKahuripan 10 Housing Complex, Cileungsi, Bogor Regency, West Java. Also present were Mr. AgusHarimurti Yudhoyono, Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development; Mr. MaruararSirait, Minister of Housing and Settlements; and Mr. Heru Pudyo Nugroho, Commissioner of BP Tapera.

During the event, a total of 26,000 housing units participated in the mass mortgage signing, involving33 provinces across Indonesia. Of this figure, 200 housing units were signed on-site, while 25,800 housingunits were signed online. As part of the ceremony, a Symbolic House Key Handover was conducted for10 representatives of Low-Income Households (MBR) from various professional backgrounds, includingdomestic workers, visually impaired citizens, farmers, laborers, motorcycle taxi drivers, and pedicab drivers.

Among the 200 mass signing participants present at the venue, three were Nobu Bank’s FLPP mortgagecustomers, namely: Mr. Erinto Simanjuntak, a tire repair business owner, Mrs. Desi Purwanti, anangkringan (street food stall) entrepreneur, and Mr. Teguh Febriansyah, a security officer. Notably, Mr. Erinto Simanjuntak was given the honor to sit beside the President and symbolically launch the FLPPMortgage Program together with the President and Ministers.

On a separate occasion, Juanita Amanda Luthan, Chief Consumer Officer of Nobu Bank, highlightedthat the Bank’s participation reflects its strong commitment to the Government’s agenda. “Nobu Bank believesthat home ownership is a key factor in improving people’s quality of life. Through our full support of the FLPPand Housing KUR programs, we are committed to being part of the solution in realizing decent housing formillions of Indonesian families,” she said.
